1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using any service offered through uulj.cam (hereinafter referred to as "uulj", "the Platform", or "we"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and uulj Casino.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of uulj Casino is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of account activity:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is set in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming and gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of uulj Casino or any of its affiliated software providers, payment processors, or business partners where participation in real-money gaming would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or voluntary exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

uulj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on uulj, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on uulj. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. uulj employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uulj reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or balances accrued across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uulj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. uulj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify uulj support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

uulj is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. As part of this process, uulj may request government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. uulj reserves the right to restrict account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits and Payments

uulj accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

• The minimum deposit amount on uulj is ₱50.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your uulj wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits made via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited upon confirmation from the receiving bank, which may take up to three (3) banking hours.
• uulj does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• uulj reserves the right to return deposits to their source where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or where the transaction cannot be verified against your registered payment details.

5 Withdrawals

uulj is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for all verified players. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and that match your verified KYC information. uulj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of request submission, subject to payment provider availability.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours during standard banking hours on working days.
• uulj does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with regulatory requirements. uulj will notify the affected player of any such hold.
• Any bonus funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be deducted from the withdrawable balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

uulj offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players with fully registered and verified uulj accounts.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• uulj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will have their wagering requirement honored under the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or any other strategy that exploits promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on uulj are powered by certified third-party game providers whose software uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results of all uulj games are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed, except in instances of demonstrable technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, software errors, or hardware failure — uulj will attempt to resolve the matter in a fair and transparent manner. Where the outcome of a round cannot be determined due to a technical fault, bets placed during the affected round will be voided and returned to the player's wallet.

uulj reserves the right to void any bet or game result that has been affected by a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest error, regardless of whether the error initially appeared to benefit the player or the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uulj and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live dealer poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-based tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity designed to influence the outcome of a game or sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Accessing uulj through a VPN, proxy server, or any other anonymizing technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks.
• Any conduct that uulj, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward platform staff, other players, or third parties associated with the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

uulj is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable players to manage their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to review the uulj Responsible Gaming Policy for detailed information on the tools and resources available.

As part of its responsible gaming obligations, uulj offers the following player protection tools, accessible from every registered account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the amount a player can fund their account within the specified period.
• Session time limits: Configurable time alerts that notify players of how long they have been active in a session.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

uulj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or other competent authority requiring account action.
• Discovery that the account holder is ineligible to hold a uulj account (e.g., underage, self-excluded, restricted jurisdiction).

Upon account termination for cause, uulj reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances, including real-money funds and bonus funds, where the termination arises from fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or any illegal conduct by the account holder. Where termination is initiated by the player without cause, verified real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable due diligence checks.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on uulj.cam, including but not limited to the platform interface, logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of uulj Casino or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the player any right, title, or interest in the platform's intellectual property.

Players may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from uulj Casino. Unauthorized use of uulj's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uulj Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

uulj does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or secure from unauthorized third-party interference. While uulj takes reasonable technical and operational measures to maintain platform availability and security, unplanned downtime, data breaches through sophisticated attack vectors, or third-party service failures may occur beyond uulj's reasonable control.

In all cases, uulj's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their uulj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data

uulj processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for a uulj account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service delivery.

uulj will not sell or transfer personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement bodies where required by law or regulation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

uulj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, uulj will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

uulj operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to escalate unresolved disputes may do so through the appropriate PAGCOR complaint channels as prescribed under PAGCOR's online gaming regulatory guidelines.
